Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Innovative Information Technologies Inc. ("Innovative", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit innovativeinfotech.com or interact with us, how we use that information, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to information collected through our website, our contact and inquiry forms, and our email correspondence. It does not apply to information collected on any third-party website or service that we link to but do not operate.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, request a discovery call, ask to become a vendor partner, or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your full name, company, job title, email address, phone number, country/region, the type of inquiry, the message body, and (optionally) how you heard about us.
Automatically collected information
Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers) automatically logs standard request metadata when you visit the site — including IP address, user agent, referring URL, and request timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not currently set marketing or third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up on requests for proposals, demos, or partnership conversations.
- To route your message to the appropriate internal team (e.g., staffing inquiries to our talent team, AI & data inquiries to airisDATA).
- To maintain a record of business communications for the duration of any resulting engagement and any applicable retention requirements.
- To improve our website, services, and the relevance of our content.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations — including diversity-supplier reporting and anti-fraud verification where required.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK Visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar law, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you explicitly opt in by submitting a form and agreeing to this policy.
- Legitimate interests — for operating, securing, and improving the site, and for responding to inquiries from prospective and existing business contacts.
- Contract — when processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you or your organisation.
- Legal obligation — where we must process information to comply with applicable law.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share your information only with parties that help us run the business and only to the extent necessary:
- Service providers — including Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, security) and Resend (transactional email delivery for our contact-form responses).
- Subsidiary entities — PMR Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd., our wholly-owned India subsidiary, where engagement delivery requires it.
- Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under standard confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice and continued protection.
6. Data Retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If a contractual relationship results from your inquiry, retention is governed by the relevant contract and applicable law.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, audit logs, and routine security review. Innovative maintains a SOC 2 Type II attestation; current report is available under NDA on request.
No transmission over the internet is fully secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten") subject to applicable exceptions.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis of processing.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@innovativeinfotech.com.
9. International Transfers
Innovative is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, and operates a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hyderabad, India. Where the work requires, your information may be transferred to and processed in either country. Where applicable law requires, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards to protect cross-border transfers.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
